You may have heard of some of the popular types of therapy: Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye-MovementDesensitization Therapy (EMDR).
